This journal club was held in the central auditorium of Immunology, Asthma, and Allergy Research Institute on Wednesday 25 November, 2015

Fatemeh Saebi; a graduate student in biotechnology from Tehran University of Medical Sciences, was the speaker of this journal club.
She started her presentation with describing the effects of these recombinant toxins on the cancerous cells and continued with presenting an article published by Daniel Vallera. Then, she described the expression of this recombinant toxin in E. coli and the effects of these proteins (recombinant immunotoxins) on Daudi cell line Cell in SCID mice. She added that the recombinant immunotoxin DT2219 is causing death of cancerous cells in mice. At the end of this journal club, the questions regarding the advantages and disadvantages of this article were answered
